We guarantee the quality and content of our products. We offer a 15 day return policy if the planner is unused.  

If the planner is damaged, we will be happy to refund or exchange the planner you purchased.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds after 15 days are available in certain situations. Please contact us. 

Refunds (if applicable)
You will be notified of your refund approval or rejection after we receive your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first re-check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It usually takes up to 7 days before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Regular priced items can be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange, send an email to sarah@olivetreeworks.com. 

Gifts
If you want to return a "gift" item shipped directly to you, return the item to us and you’ll receive a gift certificate for another purchase. 

If you received the product as a gift, please notify the gift giver regarding an returns or exchanges. 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Olive Tree Works, ATTN: Returns, 291 Lakeshore Drive, Oswego, IL 60543.

When returning items, shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
